The North Carolina Association of Workforce Development Boards has issued a Request for Proposals for the development of a one-day, in-person training on procurement and contracting under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

This training specifically should be designed to support directors in understanding all facets of the procurement and contracting processes under WIOA. A program tailored specifically towards North Carolina would be ideal. Furthermore, this training should include all federal and state requirements for accountability to ensure procedural compliance for procurement and contracting.
