A recently completed implementation study of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act indicates that study respondents from states and local areas increased connections to education partners at the state and local levels. This webinar will show how partnerships support program improvements and describe how an evidence-based model was selected for replication and scaling, resulted in program innovation, and implemented changes in service delivery strategies. Presenters will share considerations for leveraging research and evaluation results to inform program implementation plans, activities, and service delivery. Webinar attendees will learn how to cultivate research and evaluation champions, convey results to stakeholders, and integrate promising practices to improve workforce development programs and services.
